You will help assemble post-frame buildings for agricultural, commercial, residential, and equestrian clients, handling site prep through finishing with a focus on safety and quality. Responsibilities include installing posts, trusses, roofing, and siding, operating tools safely, loading materials, and following plans.

Qualifications

• Construction experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds regularly.
• Comfortable working at heights and climbing ladders.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and positive attitude.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel overnight

Responsibilities

• Assist in the construction of post-frame buildings from start to finish.

• Operate hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment safely.
• Load and unload materials and maintain an organized job site.
• Follow construction plans and supervisor instructions.

• Maintain company quality standards and customer satisfaction.
• Travel to job sites as required.
• Participate in safety meetings, training, and inspections.

Position Summary

As a Post Frame Construction Crew Member, you will work with a crew to construct post-frame buildings for agricultural, commercial, residential, and equestrian customers. Crew members assist with all phases of construction, including site preparation, framing, roofing, siding installation, and finishing work while maintaining a strong commitment to safety and quality.
