Job summary

Cleary Building Corp in WANATAH, IN is hiring a Carpenter to join a respected team of construction professionals building high-quality post-frame structures. You will construct buildings from the ground up, operate basic tools, and work at heights in various weather conditions.

Qualifications

Must be 18 years of age or older.
Strong work ethic and reliability.
Comfortable working in all weather conditions.
Willing to learn and grow in the role.
Prior experience in construction or the trades is a plus – but not required.
Structured pay increases at key milestones.
Weather pay and travel pay (where applicable).

Responsibilities

Construct post frame buildings from the ground up.
Operate a variety of basic hand and power tools.
Work at heights on ladders and aerial platforms (up to 35 feet).
Enjoy stable, year-round employment.
Work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Continuously learn and develop skills in carpentry, framing, and construction.
Deliver value and quality to clients on every project.
On-the-job training and mentorship to learn the skills needed to become a successful construction professional.
