Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electromechanical, Mechatronics, or related equipment-focused engineering field.
• GPA of 3.0 or higher and good academic standing.
• English language proficiency (written & verbal).

Responsibilities

• Support operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
• Monitor equipment performance and analyze data to identify reliability, quality, productivity, and cost improvements.
• Assist with troubleshooting, root cause investigations and corrective actions.
• Participate in equipment installations, qualifications, upgrades, and manufacturing readiness activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and support production objectives.
• Develop and maintain equipment documentation, procedures, specifications, and maintenance strategies.
• Support projects focused on safety, uptime, cycle time, and operational excellence.
• Collect, analyze, and present data to support engineering decisions and continuous improvement initiatives.
