Job summary

Da/Pro Rubber is seeking a Post-Cure Inspector/Material Handler for the Broken Arrow facility. This overnight, full-time role involves inspecting rubber components and handling parts through drying and heating processes to meet quality standards.

You will work under the Production Supervisor, loading/drying parts, documenting counts, and maintaining safety and cleanliness in a non-assembly environment. This shift runs Sunday through Thursday from 11 PM to 7 AM.

Responsibilities

• Load parts into dryers and remove them after cycle to cool.
• Inspect parts for conformance to specifications and identify defects.
• Separate defective components and notify supervisors if defects are excessive.
• Document accepted/rejected counts on product paperwork.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Follow all safety protocols and wear PPE.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Now Hiring: Post-Cure Inspector/Material Handler – Night shift

Shift Hours: Sunday - Thursday 11 PM - 7 AM

About the Role

Da/Pro Rubber is seeking a Post Cure Inspector/Material Handler to join our team at our Broken Arrow facility. In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting and handling rubber components to ensure they meet quality standards. This is an overnight, full-time position offering the opportunity to contribute to the final stages of production.

Key Responsibilities

Under the supervision of the Production Supervisor, you will:

Wash and dry rubber parts using industrial cleaning equipment

Determine the correct temperature and time for heating cycles as per established traveler specifications

Adjust dryer controls and observe prescribed temperature settings

Load parts into dryers and remove them once the cycle is complete, allowing parts to cool

Inspect parts for conformance to specifications, identifying defects such as cracks, marks, holes, tears, and contamination

Separate defective components and notify supervisors if defects are excessive

Document accepted/rejected counts on product paperwork

Maintain a clean and safe work area

Follow all safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times

Perform other duties as assigned
