Job summary

Da/Pro Rubber is seeking a Post-Cure Inspector/Material Handler for the Broken Arrow facility. This overnight, full-time role involves inspecting rubber components and handling parts through drying and heating processes to meet quality standards.

You will work under the Production Supervisor, loading/drying parts, documenting counts, and maintaining safety and cleanliness in a non-assembly environment. This shift runs Sunday through Thursday from 11 PM to 7 AM.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively with others.
• Logical reasoning and problem-solving to identify and resolve issues.
• Ability to work independently and follow detailed instructions.
• Willingness to work overnight shifts and follow safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Wash and dry rubber parts using industrial cleaning equipment.
• Determine the correct temperature and time for heating cycles as per traveler specifications.
• Adjust dryer controls and observe prescribed temperature settings.
• Load parts into dryers and remove them after cycle to cool.
• Inspect parts for conformance to specifications and identify defects.
• Separate defective components and notify supervisors if defects are excessive.
• Document accepted/rejected counts on product paperwork.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Follow all safety protocols and wear PPE.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
