Qualifications

• 2 years of project coordination experience.
• Work experience in accounting preferred.
• Construction industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create new project set-ups for Project Managers.
• Review contracts and recommend changes.
• Create change orders for the PMs and send to clients.
• Collaborate with the project accounting team.
• Monitor and manage AR aging for Project Managers.
• Address client inquiries and maintain positive relationships.

Skills

Proficient in Microsoft Excel

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Sound analytical and critical thinking skills

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent
