Job summary

SNI Companies is partnering with a leading financial firm in North Austin to add to their growth team. This position is fully onsite in the office.

The role involves handling trailing-document queues, contacting title companies and third parties to obtain missing documents, and following up on final title policies and liens. You will maintain daily production and inventory reporting and escalate unresolved items to management.

Responsibilities

• Working assigned trailing-document queues and researching outstanding requirements
• Contacting title companies, settlement agents, attorneys, and other third parties to obtain missing documents
• Following up on outstanding Final Title Policies and Release of Liens
• Managing a defined follow-up and escalation cadence
• Documenting contact attempts, responses, commitments, and exceptions in our tracking system
• Reviewing documents received to confirm the requested item has been satisfied
• Escalating nonresponsive vendors and problem files to management
• Maintaining accurate daily production and inventory reporting
