AgSouth Farm Credit, ACA is seeking a Loan Post Closing Coordinator in Graham, NC to support post-closing loan activities, ensure compliant documentation, and deliver excellent service to customers.

The role involves reviewing loans, handling documents and data entry, and providing administrative support to the branch team. Strong communication and computer skills are essential, with 1–3 years of related experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Education and/or experience equivalent to a High School diploma.
• 1-3 years related work experience preferred.
• Good knowledge of general office routine and use of office equipment, including phones, computers, copiers, and scanners.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
• Self-motivated, with the ability and desire to learn and willingness to apply new procedures and concepts.
• Ability to work independently and as a team member under minimal supervision.
• Excellent computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Post-Close Loan Processing Support: Review loans in the origination system for errors and discrepancies; follow up with all parties to ensure documents are received, scanned, and stored properly.
• Customer Service: Provide prompt, courteous service and general information on policies and procedures; handle daily accounting activities and maintain loan information.
• Administrative Support: Assist with general admin duties to support branch operations; collaborate with branch team, marketing staff, and facilities manager.
