AgSouth Farm Credit, ACA is seeking a Loan Post Closing Coordinator in North Carolina to support post-closing activities, ensure compliance, and maintain accurate loan documentation. The role emphasizes teamwork, attention to detail, and effective communication with customers and internal stakeholders.

The position requires a High School diploma or equivalent with 1–3 years of related experience, strong computer skills, and a proactive approach to learning new procedures.

Responsibilities

• Post-CClose loan processing support: verify loans in origination systems, fix discrepancies, and ensure documents are received and stored.
• Provide responsive customer service and accurately handle daily accounting activities like receipts and disbursements.
• Perform general administrative duties to support branch operations and collaborate with team members, marketing, and facilities.
