Qualifications

• Strong written documentation and communication.

Responsibilities

• Review post-board data against source docs and update servicing system.
• Prioritize daily post-board task list using internal reports.
• Research loan documentation and confirm supporting evidence.
• Apply approved changes to borrower, property, loan terms and tax/identity data.
• Document actions with notes/logs to support audits.
• Close tasks or escalate when documentation is insufficient.
• Maintain clear system notes for audits and data governance.
