• Proficient in Excel and comfortable with daily reports.
• Strong written communication and documentation skills.
• Experience with MSP or document imaging systems.
• Background in quality control, audit support, or exception processing.

Responsibilities

• Post-Board data review, validating data against source documentation, and updating the servicing system.
• Prioritize daily post board task list using internal reports.
• Validate task requests by researching loan documentation and evidence.
• Update servicing system with approved changes to borrower, property, terms, and identity data.
• Add notes and logs to document actions for audit readiness.
• Close tasks timely or escalate when documentation is insufficient.
• Maintain clear system notes for audits and governance.
