Job summary

The Research Foundation for Mental Hygiene, Inc. seeks a full-time Post Award Team Lead to oversee financial activities, reporting, and staff in the Office of Sponsored Programs.

Reporting to the Post Award Manager, you will guide post-award processes across three entities and ensure compliance with sponsor terms. Responsibilities include leading the day-to-day operations of the Post Award team, managing post-award activities, closeouts, subaward modifications, and collaboration with PIs and CU

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years in post-award administration and management in higher education, hospital, or nonprofit.
• Knowledge of GAAP, Uniform Guidance and federal requirements is preferred.
• Strong customer service orientation and proactive problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight of day-to-day Post Award operations.
• Manage post-award activities and support principal investigators through the award life cycle.
• Prepare NCE, prior approvals, closeouts, and subaward modifications in line with policies.
• Coordinate with PIs, Division Administrators, and CU staff for closeout and RPPR preparation in eRA Commons.
