Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent and 5 years of professional experience.
  • Strong computer skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to perform multiple tasks and manage deadlines.
  • Experience with budgeting, reporting, and financial processes is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as resource for PIs, Business Managers and Grants Coordinators on post-award management.
  • Support Administrative Financial Director with accounting processes and data collection.
  • Monitor end dates of sponsored projects and assist with closeouts.
  • Coordinate with staff to ensure budgets align with award budgets and expenditures.
  • Prepare financial reports and provide guidance on grant expenditures and reporting.
