This full-time opportunity offers excellent support and training, along with a compensation range of $115,000 - $150,000 annually without caps on productivity income.

The position includes comprehensive onboarding and mentorship, focusing on patient assessment, treatment implementation, and education, contributing to meaningful impacts in post-acute care.

Qualifications

• NP or PA license in Michigan and DEA.
• Experience in wound care, acute or clinic settings preferred.
• Strong clinical foundation and knowledge of healthcare standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments.
• Implement treatment based on physician orders.
• Collaborate on individualized care planning.
• Educate patients and caregivers on care techniques.
• Mentor junior nurses and assistive personnel.
