South Creek Post Acute is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our supportive team on a part-time basis. Under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, the PTA will provide hands-on care, implement treatment plans, and help residents regain mobility, confidence, and independence.
The ideal candidate holds a WA PTA license, has strong communication and teamwork skills, and prefers experience in skilled nursing or post-acute rehab.
