Rocky Mountain Senior Care in Colorado Springs is seeking a Physician to join our growing post-acute care practice, offering full-time or part-time options. You will shape your own balance between clinical work and life in the Pikes Peak region.

You will provide care across assisted living, independent living, skilled nursing, and memory care, supervise advanced practice providers, and participate in an entrepreneurial compensation model with uncapped wRVU income.

Qualifications

• Board eligible or board certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Supervisory skills and interest in working with advanced practice providers.
• Geriatric fellowship training or medicine subspecialty interests are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of clinicians and supervise advanced practice providers.
• Deliver patient care across assisted living, independent living, skilled nursing, memory care, and group homes.
