Job summary

Rocky Mountain Senior Care in Colorado Springs is seeking a Physician to join our growing post-acute care practice, offering full-time or part-time options. You will shape your own balance between clinical work and life in the Pikes Peak region.

You will provide care across assisted living, independent living, skilled nursing, and memory care, supervise advanced practice providers, and participate in an entrepreneurial compensation model with uncapped wRVU income.

Qualifications

• Board eligible or board certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Supervisory skills and interest in working with advanced practice providers.
• Geriatric fellowship training or medicine subspecialty interests are welcome.

Compensation

Target salary: $275,000+ , with an uncapped wRVU income structure, so your earning potential goes well beyond the stated amount.

Call on your terms

Call is scheduled every other month, and you can trade, pick up extra, or take call for others.

• Weekday: $200
• Weekend: $275
• Holidays: $300
