Qualifications

• Current, active CA Physical Therapy License required.
• CPR as requested.
• COVID vaccine or valid exemption.

Responsibilities

• Consult with patients to learn about their condition and review medical history.
• Diagnose movement dysfunction by observing patients.
• Develop individualized treatment plans.
• Coach patients and teach therapeutic exercises.
• Use hands-on therapy to ease pain and promote healing.
• Maintain patient records and track goals/progress.
• Advise patients and families on in-home treatment expectations.
