Job summary

Hemet Hills Post Acute is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our rehabilitation team. This full-time, on-site role supports resident mobility and quality of life under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.

Qualifications

• Current California Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) License required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized treatment plans established by the Physical Therapist; Assist patients in achieving their highest level of functional mobility and independence
• Identify and communicate barriers to patient progress
• Accurately document treatments, patient responses, and progress
