Job summary

TeamHealth is seeking a quality-driven nurse practitioner or physician assistant to join our post-acute care team in Milford, Delaware. This is a part-time opportunity (3 days/week) rounding in skilled nursing facilities, with excellent support and training, autonomy, and earning potential.

Compensation is fee for service with an annual range of $76,068 to $91,282 and no cap on productivity. Onboarding includes a 3-month program, clinical mentor, and growth opportunities within the market.

Qualifications

• Current NP or PA license in Delaware and DEA registration.
• Post-acute/ED/clinic experience preferred; new grads welcome.
• Strong clinical knowledge of healthcare regulatory standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Collaborative, team-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments including histories and physical exams.
• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized care plans.
• Monitor progress and coordinate care to optimize outcomes.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and other professionals in a team approach.
• Educate patients and families on health management and preventive strategies.
• Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with regulations.
