Qualifications

• Active and unencumbered License to practice Nursing in Delaware.
• Active and unencumbered DEA license.
• 3 or more years of experience of bedside patient care preferably in post-acute care.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on new patient admissions adhering to the established treatment plan.
• Recertify patient stays and round on current patients.
• Communicate with medical staff and physician to ensure quality care.
