Qualifications

• 3 or more years of experience of bedside patient care preferably in post-acute care.

Responsibilities

Job description

Central Health Management, Inc. is seeking anexperienced board-certified Nurse Practitioner for afull-time Monday - Friday with a flexible schedule opportunity inpost-acute care in the Wilmington, Delaware area.

In this role, you will be responsible for following up on newpatient admissions adhering to the established treatment plan, recertifying patientstays, rounding on current patients and updating treatment plan asneeded, communicating with medical staff and the physician on-site to ensureconsistent quality care for each patient, updating patient charts andprescribing medications as needed.

This is a 1099 contractor rolecompensated on RVU with an expected income of $150,000 to $200,000+annually. Medical Professional Liability coverage is provided. No callor weekend/after hours requirements.

To qualify for this role, you will need to have the following:

• Nurse Practitioner diploma from an accredited Nurse Practitioner curriculum.
• Active and unencumbered License to practice Nursing in Delaware
• Active and unencumbered DEA license
• 3 or more years of experience of bedside patient care preferably in post-acute care with experience treating co-morbidities
• Excellentcommunication skills (oral and written), diagnostic aptitude, excellentbedside manner, and collaborative/leadership skills
