Job summary

Kindred is seeking a healthcare sales professional to drive growth across assigned hospital accounts. You will identify referral sources, conduct educational meetings, and manage the admissions process while representing the organization with professionalism and integrity.

The role requires extensive travel, strong relationship-building, and collaboration with hospital partners to expand our referral network and ensure high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Degree in marketing, communication, healthcare administration, nursing, or related field preferred.
• Extensive healthcare sales experience may be considered in lieu of a bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Conducts patient assessments to identify appropriate patients for potential admission.
• Daily follow up with patients and decision-makers for reassessment.
• Manage referrals and admissions for assigned hospitals and territories.
• Represent KindredHealth and their assigned hospital with professionalism to accounts within territory.
• Design and manage marketing strategies for assigned accounts.
• Identify and contact new referral sources to grow territory.
• Conduct in-person educational meetings with referral sources and present our specialty hospitals.
• Coordinate transmission of clinical and benefit information between patients, decision-makers, referral sources and hospitals.
• 80%+ of work performed outside the home; on-site at accounts daily.
