Job summary

REM Community Services, a part of the Sevita family, is seeking a Behavioral Analyst to observe, analyze, and document behavior challenges, conduct functional assessments, and develop evidence-based plans. You will train staff to implement plans and support individuals in home, work, and community settings.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in psychology or related field.
• One year experience working with special populations in crisis intervention, staff training, and development.
• Board Certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license, current registration, and insurance.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
• A reliable, responsible attitude and a compassionate approach.
