Job summary

REM Community Services, part of the Sevita family, seeks a Behavioral Analyst to work with individuals we serve and staff, observe and analyze behavior challenges, and develop comprehensive treatment plans. The role involves functional assessments, creating individualized plans, and training teams to apply strategies in home, work, and community settings.

The team emphasizes compassionate care, attention to detail, and reliability while contributing to improved quality of life for clients.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in psychology or related field.
• One year experience working with special populations in crisis intervention, staff training, and development.
• Conduct research in behavior analysis within an applied setting preferred.
• Board Certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license, current registration, and insurance.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
• A reliable, responsible attitude and a compassionate approach.
• A commitment to quality in everything you do.
