Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an accredited Engineering, Computer Science, or Materials Science curriculum with extensive engineering experience or a Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Materials Science with solid engineering experience.
• Experience leading and coaching teams on complex software development projects.
• Strong project management, requirements analysis, and design skills.

Responsibilities

• Coach and facilitate the development of the work group and cross-functional collaboration.
• Establish team-level strategy to solve problems in positioning, controls, and commissioning algorithms.
• Drive development across Positioning, Controls, and Commissioning Algorithm projects and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Oversee software lifecycle targets (time, cost, quality) and mentor staff on technical excellence.
• Lead multi-stakeholder coordination across internal teams and with suppliers/clients.
