Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent professional experience is desired.
• PMP Certification is preferred for top candidates.
• Experience translating business priorities into actionable plans with clear requirements.
• Strong judgment in identifying risks, analyzing options, and resolving issues.
• Confident communication and presentation skills to senior leaders.
• Collaborative approach to influencing stakeholders and maintaining alignment across priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning and execution, including timelines, resources, responsibilities, and deliverables.
• Monitor team performance, project progress, dependencies, risks, and results.
• Maintain effective project processes, methodologies, documentation, and governance standards.
• Partner with project teams, sponsors, clients, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and sustain alignment.
• Prepare and present program-level updates, recommendations, and performance reporting to senior leadership.
