Job summary

RiverView Health in Crookston, MN seeks a Clinic Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support our Orthopedics department. This full-time role is based at the Crookston Clinic with occasional outreach; it requires 64 hours per two-week pay period and weekend availability.

Salary is listed as $22.36–$28.92 per hour, plus competitive benefits. The ideal candidate will have an active LPN license in MN (ND license within 3 months if not held) and CPR certification (or obtain within 4 months).

Qualifications

• Must hold current LPN license in Minnesota (and North Dakota; ND license within 3 months if not already held).
• American Heart Association CPR certification, or obtain within 4 months with training provided.
• Preferred: 2+ years of clinic experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of providers.
• Administer medications, immunizations, and treatments as directed.
• Collect and document patient vital signs and health history.
• Assist with procedures and patient education.
• Coordinate patient care and communicate effectively with the healthcare team.
• Ensure accurate documentation in electronic health records (EHR).
• Other duties as assigned.

Location: Crookston Clinic (Primary) withoccasional outreach clinic supportPosition Status: .8 FTE (64 hours per pay period); Non-exempt subject to OT

Schedule: 64 hours per two-week pay period;must be able to work weekend schedule (every 12th weekend)

This position will primarily support our Ortho Care provider(s) by assisting patients with their healthcare needs. Occasional travel to our outreach clinic may be required at times due to business needs.
