Job summary

RiverView Health is seeking a Clinic Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for Red Lake Falls Clinic with occasional support to the Crookston main clinic. 8‑hour shifts, 64 hours per pay period, non-exempt with OT eligibility.

Qualifications

• LPN license in Minnesota and North Dakota; ND license must be obtained within 3 months of hire.
• Current American Heart Association CPR certification (or ability to obtain within 4 months of hire).
• Preferred: 1–2 years of clinic experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under supervision of providers.
• Administer medications, immunizations, and treatments as directed.
• Collect and document patient vital signs and health history.
• Assist with procedures and patient education.
• Coordinate patient care and communicate effectively with the healthcare team.
• Ensure accurate documentation in electronic health records (EHR).
• Other duties as assigned.

This position will primarily support our Red Lake Falls clinic supporting a Primary Careprovider by assisting patients with their healthcare needs. Occasional travel to our main clinic in Crookston may be required at times of peak demand and/or alternate scheduling needs.
