RiverView Health in Crookston, MN is hiring a Clinic Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for the Red Lake Falls clinic, primarily supporting a Primary Care provider and occasional main clinic support as needed. Position is .8 FTE (64 hours per pay period) and non-exempt with potential OT.

This full-time role offers a competitive pay range and a comprehensive benefits package. LPN license in MN/ND and CPR certification required; clinic experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in Minnesota and North Dakota; ND license must be obtained within 3 months of hire if not already held.
• Current American Heart Association CPR certification; or must obtain within 4 months of hire with training provided.
• 1–2 years of clinic experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of providers.
• Administer medications, immunizations, and treatments as directed.
• Collect and document patient vital signs and health history.
• Assist with procedures and patient education.
• Coordinate patient care and communicate effectively with the healthcare team.
• Ensure accurate documentation in electronic health records (EHR).
• Other duties as assigned.
