Seeking an experienced POS Test Analyst to support POS modernization initiatives, system migrations, and end-to-end testing activities across retail and payment environments. This role combines hands-on testing, business analysis, stakeholder engagement, and Go-Live support to ensure high-quality POS transaction processing and seamless customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Execute manual testing for POS applications and integrated systems.

Develop and validate SIT and end-to-end test scenarios covering business-critical transaction flows.

Analyze POS transaction issues using server logs, XML messages, and SQL queries.

Gather and document business and functional requirements with stakeholders.

Support POS modernization and legacy-to-new platform migration initiatives.

Create test cases, track defects, and manage testing activities using JIRA, Zephyr, and Confluence.

Coordinate with business, product, and technical teams throughout testing and deployment cycles.

Support Go-Live activities, release validation, production testing, and post-deployment verification.

Required Qualifications

4+ years of experience testing Point of Sale (POS) systems.

Strong experience with Manual Testing, SIT, and end-to-end transaction validation.

Experience troubleshooting POS transactions through server log and XML analysis.

Working knowledge of SQL for data validation and testing.

Experience with payment processing systems, payment gateways, and retail transaction workflows.

Proven experience supporting POS modernization or platform migration projects.

Strong business analysis, requirements gathering, and stakeholder management skills.

Hands-on experience with JIRA, Zephyr, and Confluence.

The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $33.39/hour - $52.16/hour. Our offered benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits.
