Capgemini seeks a senior delivery leader to own the NG POS roadmap across releases, regions, and workstreams. Translate product vision into milestones, dependencies, and clear delivery plans while ensuring schedule, scope, quality, and cost are met.

Drive disciplined execution across Agile teams and release cycles. They partner with Product, Retail Operations, Technology, and Leadership; provide concise status, risks, and trade-offs; manage governance, risk, and cross-team dependencies; and

Qualifications

• 12+ years in technology and 3+ years in delivery or program management.
• Proven experience leading large-scale POS or retail transformation programs.
• Strong understanding of store technology, POS ecosystems, and integrations.
• Experience working in Agile / Scaled Agile environments.
• Strong executive communication, decision-making, and risk leadership skills.

Responsabilités

• Own delivery of the NG POS roadmap across releases, regions, and workstreams.
• Translate product vision into clear delivery plans, milestones, and dependencies.
• Ensure delivery meets schedule, scope, quality, and cost expectations.
• Drive execution discipline across Agile teams and release cycles.
• Act as primary interface with Product, Retail Operations, Technology, and Leadership.
• Provide clear, concise communication on status, risks, and trade-offs.
• Facilitate timely decisions aligned to business priorities and store impact.
• Establish and enforce delivery governance, quality gates, and release readiness.
• Proactively identify and mitigate delivery, technical, and operational risks.
• Manage cross-team and cross-platform dependencies (POS, payments, loyalty, integrations).
• Design E2E Test Scenarios; Test Rail experience is a must.
• Hands on POS testing experience with E2E testing, regression coverage, and release confidence.
• Defect Triage and Defect Management; Champion Agile and DevOps practices.
• Track and report delivery health through metrics and outcomes.
• Drive continuous improvement in speed, predictability, and quality.
• Manage system integrators and technology vendors; Ensure vendors meet delivery commitments.
• Align internal and external teams under a single execution cadence.
• Partner with operations teams on store readiness, rollout, and adoption.
• Ensure delivery plans account for change impact at store level.

Stakeholder Management:

Act as primary interface with Product, Retail Operations, Technology, and Leadership

Establish and enforce delivery governance, quality gates, and release readiness

Proactively identify and mitigate delivery, technical, and operational risks

Design E2E Test Scenarios and Test Cases, Test Rail experience is a must.

Partner with operations teams on store readiness, rollout, and adoption

Support phased rollouts with minimal operational disruption

Required Experience & Skills:

12+ years in technology and min 3+ years in delivery or program management

Proven experience leading large-scale POS or retail transformation programs

Strong understanding of store technology, POS ecosystems, and integrations

Experience working in Agile / Scaled Agile environments

Strong executive communication, decision-making, and risk leadership skills

The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $44.38/hour - $69.34/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
