Job summary

Arrow International seeks a Specialist, POS for Product Support to demonstrate, install, and train customers on POS systems and related services. You will establish profitable relationships and help meet revenue goals while adhering to company policies.

Responsibilities include on-site demos, troubleshooting, setup, and ongoing support to ensure customer satisfaction and timely go-lives across various venues.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Two years’ sales and/or technical support or customer service experience with demonstrated technical aptitude.
• Willingness to travel locally daily and to other jurisdictions as directed.

Responsibilities

• Conducts sales demonstrations and on-site POS system presentations at customer sites.
• Builds strong customer relationships and expands sales with regional teams.
• Installs, programs, tests units, trains customers, and explains troubleshooting functions.
• Opens service requests, troubleshoots basic to moderately complex issues, and documents resolutions.
• Performs setup, testing, and QA for POS equipment prior to installation and handles parts orders.
• Keeps up with industry regulations and ensures compliance relevant to Arrow’s markets.
• Owns the customer journey from order to Go-Live and maintains accurate account information.
• Maintains inventory, conducts cycle counts, and supports service delivery improvements.
• Participates in strategy discussions to improve service delivery and processes.
• Cross-trains and assists colleagues when time permits.
