Job summary

Kroger Family of Companies in Arizona is hiring a Cashier/Checker to greet customers, process transactions quickly and accurately at the check lane, and provide helpful service throughout the store.

You will handle cash, checks, cards, SNAP/EBT, coupons, and loyalty offers while following company policies and food safety guidelines. Prior customer service experience and basic math skills are expected; Bagger or Courtesy Clerk experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist them in-store.
• Process transactions quickly and accurately at the check lane.

• Maintain awareness of ads, pricing and promotions.
• Ensure food safety and safety procedures are followed.
• Provide friendly, helpful service and answer questions.
