Job summary

Goodwill Houston is seeking an Information Technology Systems Administrator to maintain POS and PLC hardware, provide system support, and ensure security across store locations. The role involves deploying updates, handling network and security issues, and documenting processes for ongoing operations.

You will collaborate with the IT Manager, manage user access for associates, and keep PCI compliance current while delivering reliable technology to support mission-critical store activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
• Experience with POS/PLC systems and PCI compliance is preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain POS and PLC hardware and peripherals at multiple store locations.
• Provide system support for POS/PLC operating systems, network, and security issues.
• Manage user access for associates and ensure PCI compliance.
• Escalate issues per IT SLA and coordinate with vendors as needed.
• Create and maintain documentation for system configurations and procedures.
