Job summary

The Project Manager at ECRS oversees the planning and execution of POS rollout projects, coordinating Sales, Deployment, Support, Services, Development and Marketing to meet customer expectations.

Responsibilities include organizing kickoff meetings, defining goals, creating and tracking project tasks, coordinating on-site and remote installation activities, and communicating timelines and progress to customers throughout the engagement.

Qualifications

• Two-year degree or equivalent.
• Business or IT courses are a plus.
• Planning and project management experience.
• Self-starter / self-motivated.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Organize introductory meetings with Stakeholders to align goals after contract and deposit.
• Coordinate goals with assigned customer accounts and track progress.
• Create and assign project issues with clear goals and target dates.
• Create support desk issues and monitor resolution during installation.
• Schedule meetings with customers with agendas and detailed action steps.
• Coordinate with Deployment and Inventory to stage equipment per requirements.
• Document customer requirements for product enhancements.
• Work with Development and Sales to prepare estimates and specifications and manage timelines.
• Manage phased multi-store rollouts with on-site visits and training.
• Schedule on-site and remote resources to meet the implementation schedule.
• Conduct post-implementation summary meetings with customers.
