Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking a Portuguese-speaking Customer Expert for our Cloud Platform in Greece. You will deliver premium technical support to Portuguese-speaking clients using advanced SaaS cloud solutions, troubleshoot inquiries, and guide users through product navigation and feature implementation.

You will document interactions, collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, and strive to meet customer satisfaction metrics.

Qualifications

Native or fluent Portuguese (spoken and written).
Professional-level English for internal communication.
Experience in SaaS environments or technical customer support is advantageous.
Strong digital literacy and ability to grasp complex software ecosystems quickly.
Proactive, problem-solving mindset for a high-growth tech environment.

Responsibilities

Deliver premium technical support to Portuguese-speaking clients using SaaS cloud solutions.
