Summary

We are hiring PCA/Home Health Aides/Caregivers to work one-on-one with our in-home patients in Shelton, CT and the surrounding area. Shifts are available Monday through Saturday. Bilingual in Portuguese and English preferred!

• 1:1 Patient Care
• Earn PTO while working 32+ hours
• Weekly Pay & Flexible Scheduling
• Starting pay rate: $16.35 per hour

Responsibilities

Job Summary

The Home and Community-Based Services Aide provides support, assistance with personal hygiene, and household functions to help individuals remain in their own homes.

Specific Job Duties/Responsibilities

• Report observations of the client's condition to the Agency Director or accounts manager. Notify immediately of any incidents or accidents.
• Drive safely, comply with traffic regulations, and wear a seat belt when traveling for work.
• Assist clients with activities of daily living such as bathing, hair care, denture care, nail care, skin care, transfers, and toileting assistance.
• Help with household tasks essential to the client's personal care.

Education and Experience

Experience Desired

• Experience in home care preferred.
