WSP in Puget Sound, WA is seeking a full-time Ports and Marine Civil Engineer to join our Ports and Maritime Team. You will contribute to civil design for overwater structures and upland components, and collaborate with a multi-disciplinary group across the US and internationally.

Typical duties include preparing plan‑level drawings in Civil 3D, performing design calculations, and supporting cost estimates while ensuring code compliance. Travel to project sites may be required.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in civil/structural engineering required.
• 3–5 years of post-education design experience as a civil engineer.
• Familiarity with marine, port and civil engineering principles and codes.
• 2+ years experience with Civil 3D, including site grading.

• Perform civil design for overwater structures and upland components under supervision.
• Prepare technical memoranda and reports.
• Support plans, specs, schedules and cost estimates per client requirements.
• Develop upland site grading plans using Civil 3D.
• Work with cross-functional teams to meet scope, schedule, and budget.
