Job summary

Shutterfly is hiring a Part-Time Studio Team Member to join the JCPenney Portrait Team. You will capture photos, assist customers with the sales process, and schedule sessions, delivering a friendly, memorable experience.

Applicants should be at least 18 with a HS diploma or GED, and be able to work evenings and weekends. Training is provided, and the role offers flexible hours and a team environment at multiple studios.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age with high school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Previous retail, sale, service, or photography experience preferred.
• Ability to work a varied schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to quickly establish rapport with children and adults.
• Ability to work in multiple studios depending on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Capture photos that are fun and creative to exceed the customers’ expectations
• Perform the sales process to achieve Sales Average expectations
• Talk with potential customers and call existing customers to schedule and confirm sessions
• Provide a wonderful customer experience from start to finish
