Shutterfly is hiring part-time Team Members for its JCPenney Portrait Studio. Capture fun, creative photos and guide customers through the sales process to meet session and sales goals. Work with infants, children and adults to deliver a memorable experience from start to finish.

Qualifications

• Age 18+ with high school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Previous retail, sales or photography experience preferred.
• Ability to work a varied schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to quickly establish rapport with children and adults.
• Ability to work in multiple studios depending on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Capture photos that are fun and creative to exceed the customers’ expectations.
• Perform the sales process to achieve Sales Average expectations.
• Talk with potential customers and call existing customers to schedule and confirm sessions.
• Provide a wonderful customer experience from start to finish.
