Allied Universal in Portland, OR is seeking a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Patrol Driver – Medical Site to provide reliable, flexible coverage at a medical campus. The role offers a fixed anchor shift plus the option to pick up additional shifts to maximize earnings.

Pay rate is $29.22 per hour. The position requires a valid driver’s license, the ability to work in a hospital morgue, and the capacity to handle emergencies with professional, calm problem-solving.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work in a hospital morgue.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background checks and drug screenings as per policy.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures and site protocols.
• Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, behavioral concerns, and other critical situations calmly and according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of hospital buildings, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter areas; report unusual conditions or activities.
• Monitor access points and assist with visitor screening and access-control procedures.
• Document incidents and daily activities and communicate information to leadership and site personnel.
