Job Title: Transplant Nurse Location: Portland, Oregon Start Date: Mid-July 2025 Shift Schedule: 12-hour shifts | 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM and 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Qualification

• Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• License: Active, unrestricted RN license in any U.S. state
• Certification:
• CCTN (Certified Clinical Transplant Nurse) – Required
• BLS – Required
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of recent experience as a Transplant Nurse
  

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care to transplant patients across pre-operative, operative, and post-operative phases
• Monitor and manage immunosuppressive therapy and potential complications
• Collaborate with transplant surgeons, coordinators, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Educate patients and families on transplant procedures, medication regimens, and lifestyle modifications
• Maintain detailed patient records and comply with transplant program protocols and regulatory standards
• Respond to clinical emergencies and perform critical interventions when needed
• Adhere to infection control practices and hospital policies to ensure patient safety
