Job Description & Requirements

• Experience: Nephrology/Transplant
• Ambulatory Epic experience needed
• Epic Phoenix experience is a plus
• Minimum 3-5 years ambulatory experience (specific transplant experience is a plus) - - Able to triage and prioritize patient issues using critical thinking skills
• Preferred Qualifications: Adult care nursing experience Transplant nursing experience (inpatient or outpatient setting) Certified Clinical Transplant Coordinator
