Hoffman Construction, based onsite in Portland, OR, seeks a Senior Corporate Accountant to support quarterly financial statements, closings, reconciliations, and reporting for multiple entities. You will work with the controller and finance leadership to ensure GAAP compliance and assist with audits and consolidation.

Requirements include 3–5 years of accounting experience, a Bachelor’s degree in accounting, and JD Edwards or similar ERP experience.

Qualificações

• GAAP knowledge is required.
• 3–5 years of professional accounting experience.
• Construction industry experience preferred.
• JD Edwards or similar ERP experience preferred.
• Experience with percentage-of-completion accounting is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field required.

Responsabilidades

• Handle quarterly job profit calculations and financial statement preparation.
• Perform bank reconciliations, GL entries, and accruals.
• Support audits and contract compliance.
• Coordinate cost coding issue resolution in AP.
• Provide backup to accounting staff and cross-training.
• Assist with banking activities and cash/investment reporting.
