Job summary

Regus Management Group, LLC is seeking a Community Manager to oversee on-site operations, client relationships, and service delivery at our Portland location. You will be the heartbeat of the client site, ensuring a five-star workplace experience aligned with the client's values.

On-site five days a week, you will manage facilities, reporting, budgets, and stakeholder communications, building strong relationships with suppliers and internal teams to drive service excellence and client

Qualifications

Experience with hospitality is preferred.
Ability to build positive relationships with outsourced suppliers.
Experience with incident/safety management is preferred.
Experience creating operational reports for external stakeholders; Excel and PowerPoint required.
Excellent attention to detail, highly organized, multi-tasker.
Strong business acumen and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Be on-site five days per week in Portland, Oregon.
Deliver a full-service operation that feels like a 5-star hotel experience.
Create a welcoming workplace via proactive management and stakeholder relationships.
Ensure the workplace is fully operational and processes run smoothly.
Manage landlord services, suppliers, and reporting.
Support incident management and client communications.
Provide monthly/quarterly reporting and manage costs.
Organize company events and ensure client satisfaction.
