Qualifications

• 5+ years in mechanical, HVAC or refrigeration sales/sales leadership.
• 3+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong commercial/industrial mechanical knowledge.
• A proven track record of winning new business.
• Strong relationships and networking skills.
• The ability to sell consultatively at the executive level.
• Experience with schools, universities, healthcare facilities or large commercial accounts.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business across commercial HVAC, mechanical and refrigeration services.
• Develop strategic accounts, conduct job walks, build proposals and opportunities.
• Grow existing customers and take projects from initial relationship through execution.
• Develop the team, establish sales goals and KPIs, and partner with operations to ensure delivery.
