Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers is seeking Brake & Alignment Technicians to service brake systems, alignment, suspension, and related components. You will dismount/mount tires, rebalance wheels, recalibrate TPMS, and conduct road tests as part of a comprehensive customer service role.

The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and teamwork; training is provided on the job. A valid driver's license and the ability to handle lifting requirements are essential.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• Excellent customer service skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Frequent lifting up to 75 pounds; bending and standing for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Install or service hydraulic/electric brake systems and suspension components.
• Perform alignment, drive train and power steering work as needed.
• Test drive vehicles and assist offsite/roadside services.
• Dismount/mount tires, rebalance wheels, and recalibrate TPMS as required.
• Provide exceptional customer service and refer more complex needs to qualified colleagues.
