Job summary

ZGF Architects LLP in Portland, OR seeks a Senior Landscape Architect | Project Manager with 15+ years of progressive landscape architecture and urban design experience. You will lead interdisciplinary teams, collaborate with architects and engineers, and drive projects from concept through construction.

Based in the Pacific Northwest, you will mentor staff, manage budgets and schedules, and uphold design excellence across multi-year engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in landscape architecture from an accredited program.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in landscape architecture design, documentation and construction administration.
• Licensed to practice landscape architecture in Oregon.
• Strong communication and reporting skills for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Represent ZGF and act as primary client contact across projects.
• Deliver landscape architecture and urban design projects on behalf of ZGF.
• Develop budgets, scopes of work and execution plans with staff support.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams to ensure design integrity and schedules.
• Mentor junior staff and manage change with firm leadership.
