Job summary

Paragon Technologies, a SunSource company, is seeking an Outside Sales Account Manager to grow and maintain the customer base in the Cartersville, GA area and surrounding regions. This homebased role focuses on industrial component service and repair, including electronics, hydraulics, robotics and mechanical parts.

You will develop a sales plan, manage full lifecycle from qualification to close, and work with service and technical teams to meet targets.

Qualifications

• Highschool Diploma or GED.
• Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing or engineering OR 2-year technical degree in an industrial discipline, mechanics or related field is preferred.
• 2+ years industrial sales experience with preference for repair services in electronics, hydraulics, robotics, servos, and/or mechanical components.
• Experience with rebuilding and repair of hydraulic equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business and manage relationships with existing customers within territory.
• Build and maintain long-term business relationships.
• Prospect, qualify leads, and perform full cycle sales presentations.
• Make in-person sales calls to customers and prospects; meet goals with support from service teams.
